Students fill out the Bully Report when they would like an adult to intervene in cases of bullying; students fill out the Incident Report Form when they are involved in a fight or a conflict. Teachers show students how to fill out the forms during a lesson dedicated to teaching positive behavior, and they communicate the importance of those forms in maintaining a safe and respectful environment. After a report is filed, the principal addresses the situation directly with all students involved.
