Student Behavior Contract

A Student Behavior Contract is a mutual agreement between a teacher and a student who needs more supervision or guidance to help positively manage behavior. The contract is developed by the student, with help from his/her teacher, and it gives the student prompting questions. The student is under contract to monitor his/her personal behavior and the teacher or staff member is under contract to support that student and encourage their success. This tool is most recommended for students in the upper elementary grade levels.
