The Jaguar Academy Behavior Goals Worksheet is used to help students and teachers set and measure weekly behavior goals. Each student sets three behavior goals, and the classroom teacher rates the student’s performance daily. The school psychologist also monitors student behavior throughout the week and schedules meetings with individual students as needed to congratulate the student on his or her positive behavior, review the behavior goals, or to help a student get back on track after a rough day.
