    Doing What Works

The intervention team at Foxfire Center for Student Success uses data to determine which interventions will work best for particular students. During intervention meetings, teachers, administrators, counselors, and the school nurse discuss academic, behavioral, and health concerns related to specific students. Teachers used this sample material, Goal-Setting Form, to establish a core value report card to better monitor students’ academic and social performance.
